Kerry Hoffman, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), serves as the President of Recovery is a Beach. With extensive experience in mental health and addiction treatment, Kerry is dedicated to fostering a therapeutic environment where clients and their families can heal and grow. She plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies that align with our mission to provide comprehensive and compassionate care.

Samantha Lockwood, our Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations at Recovery is a Beach. With a strong background in healthcare management, Samantha ensures that all aspects of our facility run smoothly and efficiently. Dr. Damon Raskin, a board-certified physician, serves as the Medical Director at Recovery is a Beach. With a specialty in addiction medicine, Dr. Raskin oversees all medical aspects of our treatment programs. His expertise ensures that our clients receive the highest level of medical care, particularly during the critical detoxification process.

Dr. Manju Sharma-Beatty is a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in dual diagnosis and the treatment of co-occurring disorders. As our staff psychiatrist, Dr. Sharma-Beatty provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapeutic support to clients with complex mental health needs. Her holistic approach to mental health care is integral to our comprehensive treatment plans.

Dustin Martin, a Registered Alcohol and Drug Technician (RADT), is the Director of Operations at Recovery is a Beach. Dustin’s role includes overseeing the implementation of treatment programs, managing the operations team, and ensuring that our facility meets the highest standards of safety and care. His hands-on approach and dedication to client success are central to the smooth functioning of our center.
