As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) at Recovery is a Beach, you will conduct intake assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based methods. You will manage a caseload, maintain accurate documentation, implement behavior management techniques, and provide crisis intervention. The role also involves attending supervision meetings and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support clients facing substance use and mental health challenges.
